This is the true story of BJ Lee. (well, as true as it was told to me) Dude thought he could live on his own in the woods of New Mexico. Avoided search parties. Was seen around town. Didn't make it through the winter.

BJ Lee wasn’t like you and me, he had different opinions on how things should be
He grew tired of our society so he went off to live on his own in the trees

They searched the woods and they marked every tree
with a pink piece of ribbon to show where they’d been
